SMART clients and SMART RMC license pricing |

The SMART software solution for TSM consists of two parts. (1) SMART client software and (2) SMART console software, called RMC.The pricing and discounts are available on a per-purchase basis, i.e. the pricing is calculated for each purchase. To conduct automated server recovery processes straight out of TSM, you need SMART clients. In larger SMART environments we suggest the SMART RMC console software, however RMC is not required to run automated server recoveries. SMART RMC is considered an add-on.
