For the purpose of resolving conflicts relating to ASENSUS Products and/or Services and the End User agrees that venue shall be in the City Court of Copenhagen, Denmark only, and, in addition, the End User hereby consents to the jurisdiction of City Court of Copenhagen, Denmark. ASENSUS may assign its rights and delegate its duties with respect to the Products and/or Services without providing notice to, or receiving the consent of, the End User.
