			SMARTtsm takes 'disaster' out of 'disaster recovery'. Each automatic recovery process executed on a SMARTtsm recovery platform reports the recovery result to RMC. The RMC success funnel represents a snapshot of recoverability for mission-critical server backups stored in TSM.

			The performance chart details the recovery performance from a TSM viewpoint. Offering a day-by-day view, RMC presents the number of server recoveries executed on SMARTtsm test systems.

			RMC constantly keeps an eye on active recovery contracts. Each Service Level Agreement (SLA) states the frequency a given server must be recovery tested, for instance 12 or 24 times per year. Each recovery result is compared against the SLA's Recovery Time Objective (RTO). For instance, if the SLA requires 8 hours full-server recovery, a test result on 10 hours will raise an alarm: compliance would only be 80% !
