Trial Requirements - fast start to SMARTtsm

The FastSMART Trial Kit will allow you to configure a fully automated server recovery - directly from the TSM backup. To get the SMART Trial up and working in your own TSM environment as quickly as possible, we help you with Trial Instructions, Videos and Checklists (links on the right button panel).

Trial Results

After the SMART Trial configuration, SMART will auto-recover a copy of a fully working production server - from the TSM backup. The server copy includes the server's Windows operating system as well as the SQL database residing on the Windows server.

			The SMART software uses no other sources of data for the recovery process - only the TSM backup.

			*SMARTtsm does not impact* the production servers**. No data is retrieved nor stored on the original production server.

			Boot CD's, OS images or similar is not required by SMARTtsm.

			SMARTtsm software is "Ready for IBM Tivoli" and has no impact on code execution in the TSM environment.
