Johan has surrounded asensus since it was founded by Christoffer Buchhorn. Although Johan’s merits are rooted in the private, dental service sector (where Johan still is an active dentist), Johan is also considered the entrepreneur in Denmark who developed the first IT systems for IT clinics. From these grounds, Johan fostered what became the Disaster Victim Identification System used by Interpol, in his partnership with Plass Data Software.
Maintaining and continuously growing a high quality in dental treatment is a driving factor in Johan’s work. Consequently, Johan has worked for the World Health Organization (WHO) on QA development for dentists as well as Johan has developed an ISO-based framework for his peers. In 2005, Johan joined the University of Copenhagen as an IT specialist for the Royal Dental College in Denmark. |

Bjarne Søballe, Partner, MD, Salesworks Systems EMEA |

Bjarne is an entrepreneur by heart. Through motivation, leadership coupled with hard work, Bjarne has successfully grown Naviteam Denmark from 5 to almost 100 people in just 4 years. In Australia he sold Naviteam to the Aston IT Group whilst he remained CEO untill he took on the exec position with Aston Group UK (later merged into Tectura).
Recently, he completed a turn-around on the Danish ERP company, MunkIT, grew it to over 130 dedicated employees and sold it to NORRIQ. During his CEO period at NORRIQ, he completed two mergers until he decided to join Canadian Salesworks Systems in 2009.
Today, Bjarne is head of the European office of Salesworks Systems, where he provides advice and consultancy services for European VARs and ISVs for the Microsoft software market. |

Erik Vind, CEO |

With 25 years of executive experience in both public and private organizations Erik has been at the centre of changes for corporations like Scandinavian Airlines, Telia, HI3G, France Telecom and recently SAS Ground Equipment in Sweden.
Erik targets results through people, using his natural leader’s talent and coaching skills. For Erik ‘sky is the limit’ and opportunities always prevail over limitations. In his continuous development of (inter)personal skills, Erik joined the University of Copenhagen in 2007 to take a Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Management.
Today, Erik dedicates his time to business development and has joined a number of boards within the IT industry, where asensus is one of the companies taking advantage of Erik’s experience. |
