For each production server you want SMART to test, just associate a Server Level Agreement in RMC, defining A) number of server recovery tests per year & B) expected recovery time.

RMC manages load-balancing of all server recovery jobs; according to recovery contracts and policies, RMC dispatches jobs to available and compatible recovery platforms using SMARTtsm client software.

RMC gives your organization the power to govern diverse customer recovery contracts for various production servers. You can now setup - and control - managed recovery services for (internal / external) backup customers (consider charge-back). If you have several SMARTtsm platforms, RMC manages load-balancing of recovery jobs automatically.
